FAQ

Do you repair bikes, and do I need an appointment?
Yes, we do. From simple adjustments and tune-ups to mechanical disassembling and rebuilding. We are willing to tackle repairs of all sorts. There is no appointment necessary for repairs. Just drop it off and we will take it from there.
What types of bikes do you sell, how do you determine their pricing before offering them for sale and are they warrantied?
There is a huge variation in the used bikes we sell—make, model, style, age, quality, and price—ensuring that no two bikes are alike. The range of prices reflects these variations. Our knowledge of the local resale market allows us to keep prices within our customers' budgets and make bicycles affordable for everyone. Plus, we offer a 30-day warranty against mechanical failure.
Why should I buy from you rather than Facebook marketplace or other resale sites?
Facebook marketplace and other resale sites are great places to find deals if you know what you want and what to look out for. Often, bicycles purchased second hand will require additional repairs to make them safe, reliable and functional. This cost can quickly add up to more than the value of the bike. Our bikes are ready to ride with no additional surprise costs.
Do you buy bikes or accept donations?
Yes, we are happy to look at anything you're looking to sell—just bring it in. Also, we gladly accept any unwanted bicycles, as these donations make it possible for us to continue serving the community by keeping bikes affordable and on the road, rather than in the landfills.
Do you install motors on bikes or work on motorized/E-bikes?
Currently, we do not sell motorized bicycles or install motors on bikes. However, we will gladly work on the bicycle components of your motorized bike, though we will not work on the engine. E-bikes can be brought in for a diagnostic, at which point we will let you know if we will be able to fix them.
